TELoIP-NY INSTALLS WAN ACCELERATOR COMPRESSOR TECHNOLOGY AT ARIZONA DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY. |

| Phoenix, AZ, USA November 30, 2005 -- TELoIP-NY LLC, a high-speed Bonded Internet service provider (ISP) announces, it has received a purchase order from the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality (AZ-DEQ) for T1-Ultra WAN Acceleration services from the Phoenix Datacenter to the Tucson Disaster Recovery site. After successful completion of a two month pilot test hosted by TELoIP-NY, the system was commissioned on November 30, 2005. |
AZ-DEQ was experiencing excessively long backup times on their transmission to the DR site in Tucson over existing T1 facilities. Prior to the TELoIP-NY solution, AZ-DEQ only option was to add another T1 circuit between the facilities. AZ-DEQ selected to use the T1-Ultra WAN solution after testing showed a bandwidth increase from 1.5Mbps to 13Mbps at a cost significantly lower than adding another T1 to the original configuration.
