Toronto, Canada (PRWEB) January 13, 2006 -- TELoIP-NY Inc, a high-speed Internet service provider (ISP) announces, the signing of a letter of intent with WINC Communications - Western NY, to become a TELoIP-NY reseller with the intent of becoming a TELoIP-NY Authorized Carrier Consortium Member and Operator for Northeast United States. The LOI calls for the MCC to be established prior to the end of June, 2006.

Toronto, Canada (PRWEB) January 13, 2006 -- TELoIP-NY Inc, a high-speed Internet service provider (ISP) announces, the signing of a letter of intent with WINC Communications - Western NY, to become a TELoIP-NY reseller with the intent of becoming a TELoIP-NY Authorized Carrier Consortium Member and Operator for Northeast United States. The LOI calls for the MCC to be established prior to the end of June, 2006.
