| Bell Canada on Behalf of Mac's Convenience Stores Contracts TELoIP-NY for Remote-&-Rural Internet VPN Access in Remote and Rural Canada. |

Toronto, Canada February 1, 2005 -- TELoIP-NY Inc, a high-speed Bonded Internet service provider (ISP) announces, the latest store to be added to the Remote and Rural service offering for Mac's Convenience Stores Inc., located in Yellowknife, Yukon. The applications running include IP VPN transport, POS, Debit & Credit, Remote Terminal Access and IP Based ATM services. Trial assessment of Digital Signage will be undertaken in the near future.
The Yellowknife communication needs demanded higher-speed network access in this Remote and Rural Canadian city. In keeping with the Mac's culture of providing high levels of service throughout Canada, TELoIP-NY on behalf of Bell Canada was able to supply the required bandwidth for these applications.
